Bed and Breakfast Helper - Awards

BedAndBreakfastHelper.com was developed to make booking a reasonably priced place to stay in an easy a quick fashion. After many years experiences of hotels, guest houses and other accommodation we understand that any help offered can easy what can be a stress time. If your break is business the last thing you need is additional stress. If you break is for rest or pleasure added stress just defeats the whole object of your break.

We have tried to reduce the stress involved in booking your place to stay but we also aim to help by award certain establishments a little award to further highlight those properties that merit the added exposure. In general these awards are given to establishments that have been experienced by ourselves or have been submitted to our award by a guest.

The award to the left is given to establishments that have gained an above average reputation for providing first class service to guests. We are careful that the award is only made to places that offer help without request as we are only too aware how difficult some people find it to request help even if it is desperately needed. We do NOT under any circumstances make this award for people just doing their jobs properly! We expect all hosts to make your stay an enjoyable one.

Every now and again you find an establishment that is more than helpful and we feel that this merits an award. Such instances can be very simple such as the host helping you make the most of your vacation by taking the time to tell you about the local area or places well worth a visit but we would need to have many examples of this before we made an award. However, when such help is offered that would not, ordinarily, be expected of a host, we may only need to hear of one such instance to make the award.

Evidence is expected to be be provided but only to a reasonable level. Sight of visitor/guest comments books is sufficient if they contain multiple examples of helpfulness but singular instances/examples are not acceptable unless extra-ordinary.
